What to include
- The name of the tool or page you are writing about.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android.
- For image problems, the file type and approximate size (please do not attach private images).
Response time
We aim to reply within a few working days. Messages about bugs and incorrect results are handled first.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover files that were closed before they were downloaded, because the tools run in your browser and keep no copy. We also cannot give legal, financial or exam-related advice. Results from the calculators are informational.
